Apply for AHCCCS:
Under the state’s Medicaid Restoration program, most adults without children who lost AHCCCS (Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System) coverage back in 2011, as well as individuals receiving free or low-cost mental health care services, are likely to qualify again for AHCCCS. Individuals who don’t qualify for AHCCCS or have private insurance must enroll in a federal health plan before the March 31, 2014 deadline.

We have trained staff to assist you in determining your eligibility and to enroll in AHCCCS or a federal health plan. Individuals, their family members, or healthcare advocates can contact MMHC to make an appointment or complete an application on the phone. This assistance is offered at no charge.

Contact your local MMHC site for assistance with AHCCCS and the federal insurance marketplace!
